On the road

I started our journey with Poppie and Gram at 9:45 AM in Puyallup. We traveled to Willsonville, OR where we stopped at Costco to get gas and have a hot dog, Poppie's favorite. I showed them a shortcut to McMinnville that followed the Willamette River. It was very picturesque with farms and open spaces. We arrived at Old Stone Campground with my fine guidance and set up the trailer. Poppie hooked up the water and found there was a water line that was leaking and a lot of stress followed. Gram covered my ears. After a quick drive to the RV Part store, the leak was soon fixed and we had water to the trailer.


Oh! How wonderful it was to sit in the warm sun after being in the rain and snow in Puyallup.

I almost got a sunburn on the end of my snout.

Now for the real adventure and my favorite place as you will see! I was off to the flight museum. Now you will see the terrific sights I saw while with Poppie and Gram.

This is Jackson's favorite plane, The Blue Angel. I could almost feel the wind between my ears.

What a wonderful day to see these planes and the blue sky.

Oh, did I Mention the planet Earth which I know we're all from. What a sight to see all the planets of our solar system.

And the playground I led Poppie and Gram to was outstanding. What a wonderful first day to start our adventure. Can't wait to see what tomorrow will have in store for us.
